Policies.
For
your convenience, please arrive 15 minutes before your service
for spa treatment. Arriving late, may require us to shorten
the length of our service. A cancellation should be made at
least 24 hours in advance. All day spa appointments exceeding
$50 must be secured with a credit card (credit card will be
debited for half the amount of services reserved, if proper
notification is not given). Day spa packages require advance
notice. In order to fully indulge your senses and heighten
your pampering experienceand that of otherswe kindly request
that you make arrangements for unattended children. For day
spa treatment clients, we suggest that you leave jewelry and
other valuables at home. Please respect the Renaissance cell
phone/beeper-free environment. Prices are subject to change
without notice. It is requested that bridal parties make appointments
3 months or more in advance for optimal service.
